Landscaping, updating the interior of the home, reducing clutter, and making sure everything is in working order can make your home more desirable than the competition and command a higher selling price. We will work with you to prepare a customized "to do" list.

The Offer
Our agents are experienced in negotiating the best possible price and terms for our client’s home and making sure that you end up with a binding contract. Our agents will make ensure that the offer presented is reasonable and the buyer is qualified. Other issues to be included in the offer are: personal property items that stay with the property or excluded, when the purchase and sale agreements will be signed and a determination of the closing and occupancy dates. Counter offers are common. Our agents will stay in constant contact with you throughout the process.
Inspections
After the offer is made our agents will arrange for a home inspection and any other inspections that are appropriate. Any contingencies will be dealt with in a timely manner.
The Closing
The final walk through of the property takes place before the closing to ensure that all issues have been taken care of and the property is “broom clean” and thoroughly vacated. At the closing you will sign all the paperwork needed to transfer the property and receive payment for the house minus a payoff of any existing mortgage and other transaction cost
